Harvest: last two weeks of September and first week of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control by means of two replacements per day for a period of fifteen days of maceration. The wine was bottled after 4 months, with no passage in wood, and has undergone further refinement of at least two months before being sold.
