Soil: clayey, rich in texture, painted surfaces

Grapes: Sangiovese 90% Cabernet Sauvignon 10%

Alcohol: 13 % vol.

Harvest: second and fourth week of September. Winemaking in vitrified cement tanks with pumped over twice a day for a period of maceration of 18 days. The wine prior to bottling was aged for twelve months in barriques. The sale takes place four months later.


Organoleptic Characteristics:

Colour: intense ruby ​​red.
Bouquet: fruity with hints of spice.
Taste: soft, elegant and very persistent.
