The traditional methods of production used in Gragnano always been recognized as the "city of the pasta." The small factory Gentile continues his mission: offer a product of the highest quality using the finest semolina and dried at a low temperature. It has also made the right choice, to use exclusively Italian grain of different varieties from the  "Tavoliere delle Puglie".The combination of slow drying using the traditional method "Cirillo" and the high quality of durum Puglia, enhances the aroma, flavor and toughness of the dough into individual sizes, making it unique.
